QMAGO is a start-up that develops properties, locations and living and meeting spaces. We mainly focus on impact investing and design of property projects.

Q – WHAT WILL MY ROLE AT QMAGO BE?
Your field of duties in the company will comprise the administrative assistance of the management in systematically building up the business. Your work routine will include:
- partners & suppliers management
- admin & back-office digital activities
- preparation and design of presentations
- email, calendar & agenda management
- thorough research in various subject areas
Additionally, you will independently prepare small projects within a set time frame. Flexibility, quick intellect, and the ability to improvise are some of the skills we value. In the medium run, you will work autonomously on the setup and subsequent management of a back office in another country, which will support you in your operational activities for QMAGO.
Your performance in the company will be measured on the basis of positive contributions to the corporate culture. In this context, your continuous personal development is crucial. The aim is to develop a systemic mindset in the entire team, which will be acquired with the help of additional training and which will strengthen the Q-team, the Q-community, and thus the entire organization and its impact on its stakeholders.
