The goal is to get further established as a reliable partner of municipalities, property developers, and investors in Switzerland, Austria and Germany in the next three years and to get an international foothold in the next five years.

Q – What will my role at QMAGO be?

Your field of duties in the company will comprise the administrative assistance of the management in systematic building up the business and coordination of different real estate projects and their central participants on an international level. Key activities in this position will include the following:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Supporting team members in ad-hoc requests
  • Maintaining updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory of stock
  • General administrative tasks

Additionally, you will independently prepare small projects within a set time-frame. Flexibility, quick intellect, and the ability to improvise are some of the skills we value. In the interim, you will work autonomously on the setup and subsequent management of a back office in Romania, which will support you in your operational activities for QMAGO.

In addition to primary duties, your performance in the company will be measured on the basis of positive contributions to the corporate culture. In this context, your continuous personal development is crucial. Our aim is to develop a systemic mindset in the team, which will be acquired with the help of additional training and which will strengthen the Q-team, the Q-community, and thus the entire organization and its impact on its stakeholders.

Q – Skills and experience QMAGO is looking for

Education:  High school diploma or relevant work experience

Working experience: minimum of 1-3 years working experience

Personal competencies: Integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, commitment, friendliness, attentiveness, diligence, appreciation, openness to change, flexibility, willingness to learn, curiosity, discipline

Action competencies: Initiative, creativity, stress tolerance, willingness to travel (25-50%)

Social and communication skills: Eloquence, a friendly approach, team spirit, solution-oriented thinking, ability to communicate and cooperate

Functional and methodological competencies: General understanding of real estate development, familiarity with real estate sales process, technological affinity, and fluency in English and German

IT skills: MS Office, Google Workspace, ability to design presentation decks

  • Identify target deals and source attractive investment opportunities
  • Identify potential suppliers and screen their capabilities
  • Utilize automated tools to facilitate targeting, sourcing, and business development opportunities for the Q-team.
  • Conduct research of prospective targets, industries, and markets using primary and secondary source research methods
  • Analyze market research to determine demographics and economic drivers within the project region
  • Develop and prepare case studies, reports, industry briefs, and presentations supporting deal development

Education: University degree or equivalent on the level of Bachelor and/or Master for Real Estate Economics and Development

Working experience: 3-4 years of working experiences are appreciated

Functional and methodological competencies: Strong understanding of real estate development and appropriate research and analysis methods as well as the ability to read, adapt and comment on building plans (especially their codes). This will include the creation of brief building mass studies, project management, communication and negotiation with GOV representatives, research, technological affinity, and fluency in English and German

IT skills: MS Office, CRM, basic CAD or BIM-skills, workflow automation, advanced ability to design presentations
